I'm pretty clueless as to what this means or how to fix it. Please help. Thanks!

The feed you would like to use may be rerouted and therefore not being validated by the system.

Please can you create a ticket using:
http://www.nouri.sh/helpdesk/ and provide Nourish support with the actual RSS feed you would like to use. We will review and get back to you quickly.
