 Post subject: My campaign did not go out

If you have scheduled your campaign, however it did not go occasionally, check the following:

1. If you configured a minimum number of posts, you should ensure that you RSS feed has enough new items to send. For example of you configured a minimum of 3 but only 2 posts were written then it will not send until you have enough posts.

2. Check the URL or your feed has not changed. This can happen for example if you change the permalinks setting on a Wordpress blog.

If you have configured everything correctly but you still have issues please post here or send a PM. Support team will be glad to help at our earliest convenience.

Hello,

I have a problem with my campaign which did not go out.
Yesterday, I had the option "forced the campaign", and it is what I did, successfully.

Today, the campaign should have been delivered at 6.00 am, but it didn't work.

But no possibility to force the campaign that time. But I have the following message "new campaign scheduled. Should go out asap". But nothing happens.

Number of posts per campaign is correct. The RSS flux as well.

Could you please help me ?
