If you can't find an answer in the forum, this is the quickest way to get a response. Especially if your question is technical as it will go straight to a developer.
Email us
Emailing us does the same as raise a ticket, but it has to be qualified and assigned to the right person first so it takes us slightly longer to respond.

Here you can follow up on a support ticket, add information or reffer back to a closed ticket.
